Specific additions for the British market of TQG-LTS
“We are proud of the short time in which this project was implemented by TQG-LTS on the basis of our standard platform. As part of the project, the standard software was supplemented by current specific British requirements and a target group-specific game interface was implemented on the basis of the TQG Responsive Design Framework, which meets the latest requirements of the English Gambling Commission (UKGC). This is a confirmation of our standard software approach, which combines high quality and low costs with a fast project implementation”, says Karsten Hagemeister, COO and responsible for Business Development at TQG.

End-to-end lottery management system
The TQG-LotterySuite is an end-to-end lottery management system that demonstrably meets the requirements for safe and efficient gaming operations. In addition to a high-performance transaction engine, the system contains the central functions for controlling games and customers. The TQG LotterySuite encompasses all sales channels. The system is a modular, flexible and completely scalable platform. It is based on principles of modern development of standard solutions. This ensures fast project implementation. The system offers all relevant functions of a lottery management system. Customer-specific adaptations can be easily integrated. The TQG-LotterySuite is hardware independent. Back-office applications of third parties are supported via standard interfaces.
The core of the system is the high-performance and secure transaction engine in connection with the configurable games management. The comprehensive customer management (Player Management) enables a holistic view of the player across all sales channels. In consideration of the Responsible Gaming requirements, the platform offers optimal possibilities to support the player.
Customer management is supplemented by optional modules such as subscription management, player card management and syndicates, which can also be managed offline. The TQG-RMS (Retail Management System) is available for connecting the sales outlet network. This is based on a thin client architecture and includes the Retail Manager, the Terminal Manager and the Terminal Content Manager.
The open interface concept makes it easy to connect with all relevant partners and integrate existing applications. The system is hardware-independent and can be easily connected to various terminal hardware, central systems and third-party products.
The database-driven system is based on the latest Java standards and can be operated with standard tools. Due to the application server technology used, load-dependent clustering of the application is possible at any time. It has interfaces in the latest REST and SOAP technologies that can process a large number of transactions.
The system has a configurable, plugin-based security system for all transactions. This allows LTG to store transactions exclusively in text files and/or databases, for example. A combination of both variants is also possible at any time by using the corresponding plug-ins. Thus, for example, country-specific plug-ins for digital signatures, encryption or dedicated multiple redundancy can be integrated. In this way,
